Terms of service

These terms apply when you visit or purchase from Datum. By using this store, you agree to these terms and to the policies displayed at checkout.

Eligibility and accurate information
You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement in your location. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to keep it current.

Products
Datum sells made-to-order 3D-printed organizers and accessories. Product dimensions, included parts, compatibility limits, materials, and installation requirements are stated on each listing. Normal additive-manufacturing characteristics, including visible layer lines and small cosmetic variations, can occur. These do not excuse a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its listing.

Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. An order is accepted when Shopify confirms payment. We may cancel and refund an order if information is incorrect, the product cannot be manufactured safely, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is unavailable.

Made-to-order production
Production can begin shortly after payment. Cancellation requests are handled under the Return and Refund Policy and might not be possible after production starts.

Shipping
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking is provided when available. The customer is responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address.

Installation and use
Use products only for the purpose and within the limits stated in the listing. Mounting hardware is not included unless a listing expressly says otherwise. The customer is responsible for choosing appropriate hardware and a suitable mounting surface. Products are not intended for life-safety, pressure, structural, food-contact, medical, or other safety-critical uses unless expressly stated.

Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Intellectual property
Store text, branding, and original visual assets may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datum is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes
We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version presented when an order is placed governs that order.
