Service area
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Made-to-order processing
Products are manufactured after payment. Production and packing usually require 2–5 business days. High order volume, file review, quality-control reprints, carrier interruptions, weekends, and holidays can extend this time.

Shipping option
Standard Shipping is $8 per order and normally takes 3–7 business days in transit after production is complete. Estimated total time from order to delivery is generally 5–12 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking
A shipment confirmation with tracking information is sent when the carrier accepts the package. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement.

Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address. Contact datum0029@gmail.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfillment begins. If a package is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply before it is sent again.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments
Contact datum0029@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the expected delivery date for a missing shipment. Include the order number and, when available, photographs of damaged items and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund under our Return and Refund Policy.
